Writing a fail-safe contract
Honest and follows the code of ethics
Super negotiation skills
Management skills to execute the details
Good communication
Showing up at the closing
Giving great closing gifts
Etc., etc., etc.
Then the last REALTOR standing, would have all kinds of doors open to them – book deals, high profile clients, brokerages fighting for them.
